Brunch

Just a quick shot from Quoc while waiting for brunch at my fav east village restaurant. I'm actually deathly ill, but this is when its great to have good friends. Magazines, soups, lottery scratchers, mayjah snuggles and every type of cold medicine known to man!!!! Time to sleep and try to get better asap.

I've been searching for the perfect grey flowey skirt to wear with the abundance of grey t-shirts I've acquired over the years. I've tried on about 13...at various stores and different brands and on a random quick F21 run I found it... voila here it is!!! I love the monochromatic look, so easy, clean. And it really allows you to play and stack on as many accessories as you'd like... What do you think?

Say whatever you want about this moo moo. I think its beautiful. and extra comfy!!! And it was probably around $3.00 at one of my favorite thrift stores. I spent the weekend running around with friends visiting, shooting w Quoc (in from LA at 5am, fml), eating way too much dim sum w J, shopping, enjoying the random 90 degree weather and finishing up with an over sized portion of spaghetti and meatballs. I was standing outside to enjoy the weather for a few moments only to be asked "do you mind if i take your picture". ohh random man(actually named QUOC) do you know how mutually beneficial this is??? Taking a picture turned into us running up and down Bond street for an impromptu photo shoot and I think the pics came out beautifully and now I have a new friend!!!! That simple little question turned into such a fortunate situation...

Here are some random snaps from the shoot that I styled a few weekends ago. I have to say it was well worth it peeling myself out of bed w F at 6:45am because I think it came out wonderfully. All clothing KOLAE, and all accessories were from my personal collection. The line was beautiful, feminine but with an edgy side that made it so fun and effortless to piece together.
