I think that came out wrong

(American Apparel tank, Vintage Arabic jacket, Uniqlo jeans, Urban Flats, Mom's vintage bag, YSL ring(recently added to the collection), Seth and Dashiel designs Bracelets and Necklaces)

Worked all day, but my lovely friend Morgan came by for lunch at The Smile (the food was sooooo good) and she took a few snaps of my outfit. D's friend Michael introduced me to uniqlo jeans, apparently they are manufactured in the same factory as J-Brand but cost way way way less (oh and they tailor them to fit you perfectly within the hour for free). I am actually surprised how many compliments on them I've received. Cheap, well made, and perfect fitting...sounds good to me.

(Vintage little boy blazer, Vintage Pants, Gifted UN neon green flats, YSL rings, American Apparel t-shirt)

Working hard, or hardly working? Took a few quick shoots at work today with the wall of lights. The boxes are all individual LED lights all controlled by one computer, and no matter what song is on the boxes always seem like they are synchronized. Our store is simply beautiful, a work of art, So come and see 25 bond street! yay

Helloh day off

(H&M studded jacket-thanks Steph, F21 nude tube top, Seth and Dashiel des. skirt, F21 lace flats, All rings YSL, Random purse gift from Aunt AM, Vintage sunglasses)

I'm sitting in front of my computer in my pj's, blasting RATATAT and catching up on my favorite blogs. This is the sweetest way to begin my first of 2 consecutive days off, this is a big deal. I have about 75 things on my "to do" list, and will probably only do about 5 which include and are limited to the "fun" things like mani-pedi, going to barneys, getting my hair Brazilian blown out NO MORE FRIZZ FOR ME, leisurely lunch, antique shopping for new jewels and dinner with some friends. My outfit the other day was actually really franctic, but I'm one of those people that puts on some really weird abstract shit and it somehow works. I really liked the combination of the bouncy, bright, vibrant, alive skirt with the severe jacket. I also ignored the fact that all my rings, bracelets, and hardware on my bag were gold while the studding on the jacket was silver. It didn't really matter, I walked around the park enjoyed wine at a few various spots, def flashed a few innocent by standards when the wind blew. It was a really great day and I hope that today will be some what reminiscent. Wish my luck on my blow job...I'm nervous bc it looks like its going to rain,(and for those Jewish girls, or chicks with frizzy hair) you know you cant get your hair wet after the treatment. Fingers crossed, wish me luck,
T

hOOkaH

(F21 ballet skirt, Vintage little boys school blazer, Hanes T-shirt, Moms Vintage random cuffs, F21 AWESOME rhinestone bird necklace, Antique rhinestone necklace, Nan basket hat)

Lost my hookah virginity and I kind of liked it. At first I was a bit apprehensive but when I just shut up and tried to enjoy it was delicious. The smoke was sweet, and not abrasive like the cigarette smoke I am used to. (We choose apple flavor). The Moroccan music, dancing couples and spicy food also added to the ambiance. I got a bit of a high which was necessary and very mellowing. I wore my double trouble rhinestone necklaces which are one my current obsessions and have to force myself not to wear them everyday! AND if you notice I'm starting to get tan!!! Special thanks to Memorial day beach trip... Work is still kicking my ass, but only in the most satisfactory of ways. I've learned to embrace and cherish the little time I have to myself. Future plans include, but certainly not limited to laying in the park, vintage shopping for new summer gear, styling a shoot for Surface magazine, and attending the UN press party this week. Only editors from big magazines invited for a fall preview. I cant wait for the gift bags and the people watching. Any ideas of what to wear??? Def need to rock some crazy shit!!!!

So concerned.

(Ralph Lauren Sunglasses, H&m self cut shirt, F21 skirt, Givenchy flats, YSL lapis arty ring, Hat purchased from street vendor that day)

With a mixture of work, friends, dating, and the beautiful weather I have been seriously slacking on my blogging. Avoided the Hamptons and spent memorial day in Jersey, and not only got a serious tan but I also got to visit the Seaside boardwalk (where the jersey shore, best show ever was filmed). It was everything I could have imagined and much more, gorilla looking sleezy men covered in awkward tattoos, Girls wearing far too little clothing, and showing way way way too much skin, Cheese fries, cheese steaks, pizza, dip n dots! I was only on the boardwalk long enough to eat about 7000 calories and buy 2 ridiculous t-shirts. This weekend I'll be heading out to the Hamptons for a change of scenery. Its starting to get really humid and sticky in the city. I'll def be taking some pictures and blogging more...

Less Brow

(Vintage bracelets, YSL rings, Vintage dress-styled for Japanese shoot)

Here is a tiny preview of the preparation for my Japanese Billboard shoot. The stylist said less brow, so that's exactly what I got...less brow. But when you have huge, thick, black brows like I do, you look so scary as sh*t! I felt like a 70's alien. But apparently this is what works in Japan. I got to wear head to toe vintage and pretend like I was oober famous, blocking and flipping off the camera, screaming at my onset boyfriend in the lobby's of fancy New York hotels. The photographer also shot a video that will air sometime in July so I'll post it when I get the chance. It was actually a lot more fun than I could have imagined. I could def get used to having my hair and make up done by pros, so long as I keep my brows. ;)
